  • 1 tsp butter

Preparation:

Dice the tomatoes and onions and chop the chives and dill. Brush mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Separate two eggs and use only the egg whites, whip with a fork and season. Next, braise onions and mushrooms in butter and add tomatoes and herbs after a few minutes. Add the egg white and allow to stand. Serve the finished omelet with chives.

4. Amaranth oat muesli (450 calories)

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed flax seeds
  • 200 ml of orange juice
  • 20 g hazelnut kernels
  • 20 g almond kernels
  • 150 g quark
  • 3 small nectarines
  • 3 tbsp puffed amaranth

Preparation:

As a first step, mix oatmeal, linseed and orange juice and let them soak for at least 45 minutes. Then chop hazelnuts and almonds and mix with the lean quark and the oatmeal mixture. Wash and chop the nectarines. Serve everything in a small bowl and garnish with amaranth and nectarines.
